What services do you offer?
We offer Complete Reset, Maintenance Detail, Interior Reset, and Exterior Wash + Protect. Paint Decontamination is also available as an optional add-on for vehicles with bonded surface contamination.
How do I get a quote?
Submit your vehicle details, desired service, and current vehicle condition through our online quote form. We’ll review your request and confirm pricing before your appointment is scheduled.
Where do you service?
We provide mobile detailing throughout Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, and St. Augustine at homes or other approved locations. Customers must provide access to an outdoor water source and a standard electrical outlet near the vehicle.
What is a Maintenance Detail?
A Maintenance Detail is designed for returning customers whose vehicles have already received a thorough detail or are kept in well-maintained condition. It helps maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness and appearance between deeper details.
What is a Complete Reset?
A Complete Reset is a thorough deep detail designed for first-time customers or vehicles that need a more intensive clean, with focused attention on buildup, neglected areas, and overall vehicle presentation.
Do I need to provide anything for the appointment?
Yes. Customers must provide access to an outdoor water source and a standard electrical outlet near the vehicle. Xman Detailing supplies the detailing equipment, products, and tools.
Are there extra charges for excessive pet hair, heavy sand, severe staining, or unusually heavy buildup?
In some cases, yes. If your vehicle has excessive pet hair, heavy sand, severe staining, or unusually heavy buildup, an additional fee may apply. Any extra charge will be reviewed with you and confirmed before your detail begins.
How long does a typical detail take?
Most appointments take approximately 2–5 hours depending on the selected service, vehicle size, condition, and any add-ons.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If severe weather is expected, we may need to reschedule your appointment for a safer time. We’ll contact you and work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.
Is Paint Decontamination included in my detail?
Paint Decontamination is available as an optional add-on when needed. It removes bonded surface contaminants using chemical and mechanical methods, but does not include polishing, scratch removal, or paint correction.
Will I know the final price before my appointment?
Yes. After reviewing your vehicle details, condition, and submitted photos, we’ll confirm your quoted price before the appointment is booked. If the vehicle’s actual condition differs significantly from the submitted information or photos, any necessary adjustment will be discussed and approved before work begins.
How often should I book a Maintenance Detail?
Most vehicles do well with a Maintenance Detail every 4–8 weeks, depending on how often you drive, where you park, and how clean you like to keep your interior and exterior.
